Is Petbound a relocation agency?
No. We do not book, coordinate or execute the move. We provide route-specific research and planning systems for owners who want to handle the move themselves.
Is it just an ebook?
It is delivered digitally, but the product is designed as an operating system: decision trees, timelines, document stacks, handoff sheets, failure modes, checklists and source registries.
Do I still need a veterinarian?
Yes. Petbound is not veterinary advice and does not perform veterinary procedures.
Are the rules guaranteed?
No. Rules and policies can change. Current official requirements always control.
Does one product cover both directions?
No. Each direction has different export and import requirements.
Can Petbound check my individual documents?
Not as part of the standard digital product. The product tells you what to verify and where to verify it.
What if I need someone to manage everything?
A professional full-service relocation company is likely the better fit.
How do I receive my Petbound system after purchase?
Your Petbound system is a digital product. After successful payment, access is provided immediately and the download is also sent to the email address used at checkout.
Will anything be shipped to me?
No. Petbound systems are 100% digital products. No physical item, printed guide or package will be shipped.
What if I accidentally purchase the wrong route?
Please check the origin, destination and scope shown on the product page before purchasing. Because access to digital products is supplied immediately, purchases of the wrong route are generally not refundable once access has been provided, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Do I automatically receive future updated versions?
Your purchase gives you access to the version supplied with your order. Petbound reviews and updates systems as requirements change, but future versions or revisions are not automatically guaranteed unless this is expressly stated with your purchase.
Can I use one purchase for multiple people or share the system?
No. A purchase is licensed for your own personal pet relocation. The system may not be redistributed, shared, resold, uploaded or used commercially.
